The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re improvement of procedure of state registration of rights to land plots of state and communal property in connection with their delimination”

The legislative act amended the laws “On state registration of rights to immovable property and charges”, “On amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine regarding separation of state and municipal property”, “On state land cadastre” that determine peculiarities of state registration of rights to land plots of state and municipal property.

The respective bill was registered under No. 2303-2.
